By downloading or using BalanceBee, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Lifetime Access Purchase
- BalanceBee offers a one-time lifetime access purchase for $79.99.
- This is a permanent, non-expiring license for the app and all its features.
- Payment is processed and charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
- All transactions are handled through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.
- Your purchase includes lifetime access to all current features and future updates at no additional cost.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and the instant access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's Terms of Sale and refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, you must submit your request to Apple Support within their specified timeframe (typically 90 days from purchase).
To request a refund from Apple, visit Apple's Report a Problem page or contact Apple Support directly. We cannot guarantee that Apple will approve refund requests, as this is at Apple's sole discretion.
3. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device, you can restore your lifetime purchase at no additional cost using the "Restore Purchases" button within the app. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
4. Usage Rights & Restrictions
- BalanceBee is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Your license is non-transferable and tied to your Apple ID.
5. Privacy & Data
BalanceBee is built with privacy as a core principle. All your financial data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, access, or share your financial information. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
BalanceBee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BalanceBee is a personal finance and daily expense manager tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All financial decisions made using the app are at your own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from the use of the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BalanceBee and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
